  • What happens after I book a session?

    Once you book your session, we will get in contact with you to arrange a 30 minute consultation via phone call or coffee meeting where we will talk about your vision, pet’s personality and spaces you want to personalize.

  • How long is a portrait session?

    Session times vary based on needs, ranging from 30 minutes up to 2 hours or more if necessary.

  • Can the booked date be changed?

    Photography sessions can be rescheduled in case of emergency or inclement weather.

  • My dog is not very obedient or sit still

    Even if your pup is not the most obedient, we are patient and have a few tricks that will make it all better. Let us surprise you.

  • Can I or my family be part of the session?

    Absolutely! Full family portrait. Session may include up to two pets, in same location, and three humans. After this there is an extra  $$$ per pet or person

  • How do I pick my favorite photographs and products?

    We will schedule an art ordering session where you will be able to go through a group of successful photographs to choose from.  Here, you will have the opportunity to select from products, sizes and finishes.

  • How long do i have to wait to see the final images?

    It would be one week of careful curation and editing before our art ordering session.

  • How long will it take for my prints to be delivered?

    Most orders will ship within two weeks after the art ordering session.

  • Can I have all the photos from the session?

    We will give you a selection of successful images for you to choose from considering photographs that show personality, sharpness and lighting. You might buy this selection of images, please check our price list.

  • Who owns the copyright to the photographs?

    We will retain the copyright to images just because we created them.
